At ETRE, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality and craftsmanship. Every piece is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our premium standards.

Please review our return and exchange policy below.

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases: The item received is in the wrong size (different from the size ordered). The item has a manufacturing defect or production issue. The item received is different from what was ordered. No returns or refunds will be accepted for any other reasons.

2. Conditions for Approval To be eligible for return or exchange:
The request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order. The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. All original packaging, tags, and labels must remain intact. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required. ETRE reserves the right to decline any return request that does not meet these conditions.

3. Refund Policy ETRE does not offer monetary refunds. Approved cases will be handled through exchange only.

4. Inspection Process All returned items will undergo a quality inspection upon receipt. If the item does not meet the stated return conditions, it will be shipped back to the customer.

5. Shipping Responsibility
In cases of verified manufacturing defects or incorrect items, ETRE will cover the return shipping cost.
In cases of size exchange, the customer is responsible for shipping fees unless otherwise stated.

6. Final Sale Items Items marked as Final Sale, discounted pieces, or customized orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
