ÊTRE Shipping & Exchange Policy
Shipping
• All orders within Egypt are delivered within 48 hours from order confirmation.
• Our delivery partner will contact you before delivery to confirm timing and address.
• Delivery timelines may slightly vary during peak seasons, promotions, or public holidays.
Inspection Upon Delivery
• Customers are allowed to inspect the order while the courier is present.
• Please ensure the items are correct and in good condition before the courier leaves.
• Once the courier leaves, the order is considered accepted in full.
Exchange Policy
• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date.
• Items must be:
• Unworn, unused, and unwashed
• In their original condition, with tags attached
• Returned in their original packaging
• For hygiene and quality reasons, items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
How to Request an Exchange
1. Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Share your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for exchange.
3. Our team will confirm availability of the requested item/size.
4. Once approved, a courier will be scheduled to collect the item.
5. The replacement item will be shipped after the original item passes inspection.
Exchange Fees
• Exchange shipping fees are covered by the customer unless the exchange is due to:
• A manufacturing defect
• Receiving an incorrect item
In such cases, ÊTRE will cover all shipping costs.
Important Notes
• Exchanges are subject to item availability.
• Customized or altered items are non-exchangeable.
• ÊTRE reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the policy conditions.
